OUR TRAINING

Training is important for successful ministry. Our highly experienced KidzPlay staff comes alongside your leaders to help them learn how to be effective in the use of sports evangelism. We also provide training for your coaches in those things most churches consider as critical when dealing with youth.

OUR METHODS

Coaches are taught to use the KidzPlay Teaching Method. This is a multidisciplinary approach to learning that includes insights drawn from theology, sociology, educational psychology, business, and sports. It provides a proven educational technique that helps children learn. Coaches also find out how to lead families to Christ. They are encouraged to minister to families first and coach basketball second. This helps them focus and be effective in ministry. That is the KidzPlay way!

We teach your coaches and volunteers up to date child and volunteer protection strategies. We focus on ministry concepts. Everyone learns and understands the core values that are crucial for effectiveness.
